We collect personal information that allows Stephens Barnaby to do things such as process and track orders, contact customers about the status of an order, process returns, provide product updates and other information, customize our communications, improve customer service and product selection, and create gateway accounts.

We do not rent or sell personal information, without permission, to other companies or organizations unless necessary for shipping, credit card processing, or other business purposes. (We may, however, share personal information in response to such things as subpoenas, court orders, or legal processes, or to establish and exercise our legal rights.)

Our site is registered with site identification authorities to further secure interactions with our site. In addition we process our credit card purchases through Authorize.net, a trusted partner in securing reliable network connections and transactions.

E–mail addresses we collect may periodically be sent information about our services, new products, special buying opportunities and/or other relevant information. We do not rent or sell these e–mail addresses without permission.

If an advertiser is assigned a gateway, the advertiser can see the gateway web address, how long the gateway has been open and the number of views coming through the gateway.

If we decide to change these policies, we will post the changes on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
